According to the  daily caffeine intake recommendations (source: Korea Food and Drug Administration), it is recommended that adult men consume no more than 4 packets and adult women no more than 3 packets.

You can take it at any time when you need energy or burning. If you want a strong burning effect, it is recommended to take it before exercise; if you want quick energy recovery, take it after exercise. You can mix it with water or ice water to your desired concentration.

HIIT Water contains carbonation to provide a pleasant bubbly sensation. To preserve the carbonation without loss, it is packaged using air-injection packaging.

It is okay to take it with other supplements. If you are taking supplements together, it is recommended to take HIIT Water before exercise and supplements after exercise.

If you have allergies to specific ingredients, please check the ingredients before consumption. If you are sensitive to caffeine, it is advisable to avoid taking it before bedtime, as it may interfere with sleep.

If you find you're not satisfied with an item you've purchased from us, we have a 7 Days Return/Exchange Policy.Products can be returned for exchange if they are not opened, used and are in good resalable condition with original packaging. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.

Get Free Delivery On All Orders above $259. Our standard shipping includes all urban areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New territories. Except for remote areas and outlying islands.

We understand you can't wait to get their favourite HIIT Water, which is why we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Our Standard shipping time is 1 - 4 Business days from the date of your order.

Deliveries take place 7 days a week between 9 am to 8 pm.

To make it easier for you, when you place an order, make sure to leave specific instructions on where your package should be left if you're not home. Deliveries on public holidays are subject to couriers working hour.

That's not a problem at all! Just make sure to put the recipients name and relevant information on the shipping address to avoid confusion.
